Feed Me Quick: Instructions
1. Heat EVOO in a frying pan, then lightly fry the lentils for 2-3 minutes.
2. Cook pasta in boiling water, adding frozen vegetables in the last 5 minutes.
3. Once the pasta and vegetables are cooked, drain and combine with lentils and the jar of Remano Bolognese sauce.
4. Simmer until the sauce thickens to your preferred consistency.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese or nutritional yeast if desired.

Gourmet Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Toss chopped seasonal vegetables with EVOO, Italian herbs, and salt. Roast until caramelized (about 20-25 minutes).
Heat EVOO in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add lentils, tomato purée, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until it forms a paste-like consistency.
Stir in tinned tomatoes (or poached and crushed Roma tomatoes). Simmer for 10-15 minutes, adding more balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix the roasted vegetables into the sauce along with the cooked pasta.
Garnish with fresh herbs and grated cheese or nutritional yeast. Serve warm.
