Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Magic Mince (Italian Stallion), activated

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can cherry tomatoes

  • 250g spaghetti (cooked)

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Vegan parmesan (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tip: To bulk prep or cook for a party, multiply these ingredients by 4 and use a whole jar of Magic Mince

 

Feed Me Quick: Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add Magic Mince and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Toss the sauce with cooked spaghetti and garnish with fresh basil and vegan parmesan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Magic Mince (Italian Stallion), rehydrated

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 carrot, finely chopped

  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup red wine

  • 1 can San Marzano tomatoes

  • 250g fresh tagliatelle

  • Fresh thyme

  • Toasted pine nuts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 


Gourmet Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan; sauté onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until softened.

  2. Add Magic Mince and cook until golden. Deglaze with red wine and let it reduce.

  3. Stir in San Marzano tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, seasoning to taste.

  4. Serve over fresh tagliatelle and garnish with thyme and toasted pine nuts.

Prep Time: ~30 minutes
Tip: For extra depth of flavour, toast the pine nuts lightly in a dry pan before adding them to the dish. This will enhance their nutty taste and add a delightful crunch to your pasta.
